In addition, folks interested in leadership must go through two different programs before being selected to become people leaders. We have AEs that have recently graduated college, folks early on in their careers with 1-2 years experience, and seasoned sales veterans that find that the position offers a good mix of challenges, rewards, and opportunities for growth. As you can imagine, business owners are getting tens of calls per day from many sales people all trying to sell them something different - a new POS system, advertising, better wifi, the list goes on. Sales is definitely challenging, mainly due to the large amount of rejection that's expected anywhere you do it. First and foremost, we have a zero-tolerance policy for unethical behavior, and our playbook has always instructed our folks to communicate our product clearly and accurately.
